The Classified Incident refers to the Interpol cover-up of Valerie Hawthorne's removal from the organization, and subsequent placement on their list of targets.

Valerie discovered that Interpol's superagents were being used by Redd White as assassins and intelligence-gathering tools across the globe. When she tried to investigate White, Interpol was turned against her.
