Romein LeTouse is an Interpol agent. He was stationed in Borginia until Hairaiser started his crime spree to gain control of Borginian Cocoons, at which point LeTouse was sent in to settle the conflict by any means necessary.

- Jean Armstrong
- Romein's current boss, the chief of Interpol.
- Valerie Hawthorne
- A former fellow Interpol agent who Romein worked with on numerous missions in the past. He is not allowed to ask for more details about what happened to her, and in fact has been forbidden to speak about her at all. She's now classified information.
- Terry Fawles
- A former fellow Interpol agent who Romein worked with a bit. He is not allowed to ask for more details about why this man has been locked up, and in fact has been forbidden to speak about him at all. He's now classified information.
- Pie LaMode
- A newer Interpol agent who has had Valerie's old number reassigned to her. Romein's had to keep an eye on her to make sure she doesn't ask too many questions and learn the story behind her ID number.
