Regina Berry is a former child star who now works for the Eccentrist after being abandoned by the now-defunct Big Berry Studios. She fights only for herself while completely convinced she stands for all things right and good in the world, and anyone who gets in her way is an enemy to be defeated (especially if they try to upstage her).

[edit] Biography
Regina is a bottle blonde; her natural hair color is a dull, mousy gold.
[edit] Personality
Regina has a perpetual beaming smile, surrounded by an aura of happiness and possessed of a personality so positively cheery most people she meets just can't stand it. She is very playful and silly, likes making new friends, and is an advocate of all things brightly colored or pink. She absolutely can't stand dark colors or gloomy people or environs and always makes it her goal to spread saccharine euphoria wherever she goes.
But woe to anyone that dares contradict her, as her disposition quickly turns sour when her positive image of the world is disrupted. She is completely convinced that she is the avatar of all things good and beautiful, and anyone that gets in her way must be a villain intent on domination or destruction of the world, and thus she must get rid of them using every ounce of her power.
Sometimes, maintaining the goody-two-shoes image is too much even for Regina, and she often vents her frustration in a number of unhealthy ways: drowning her sorrows in alcohol, patrolling the city looking for "villains" to defeat, abusing Billy Bob, and so on. Her imperious mannerisms and vindictive emotions have left quite the wake of destruction.
[edit] Powers
Most of Regina's magical powers rely on the use of light and energy to distract, dazzle, or disable opponents. She can produce blinding sparkles or incendiary fireworks explosions on demand, complete with loud noises that can leave a ringing in one's ears. She is immune to her own special effects. One of her more devastating attacks, the Sexy Beam, focuses pure energy into benign shapes such as hearts, stars, and horseshoes, and anything that gets hit by a stream of these is going to feel it in the morning.
Regina's trademark is the dreadful Love Shock, which normally requires her to be in physical contact with her target (it's usually delivered in an embrace or a kiss). When she uses this ability, she can continually channel pink electricity into her target until... well, until she stops. She can, however, channel this power, to a much lesser extent, through her magic whip.
On that note, the Lucky Lash itself is quite formidable as superhero tools go. Strangely indestructible and invulnerable to Lucky's powers, she has mastered its usage to the extent that she can use it as a grappling rope, a lasso, and various other utilities. She is very skilled, able to disarm opponents and leave all variety of injuries using this weapon alone.
[edit] Background
Regina Berry possessed magical superpowers since birth, and was picked out by Big Berry Studios to be the subject of a "superhero reality show." Trained and pampered, Regina grew up to become the famous star superhero known as "Lucky." Her exploits in battling evil villains (both real and "studio-assisted") garnered high ratings and a massive fanbase.
All this came to a crashing close when Regina entered her late teens, and the studio decided to end her contract when she became too old for their target demographics. Many of her possessions were taken away as studio property, including her animal companion, Léon. Heartbroken and confused, she became convinced that the studio executives were the real villains in this story, and she summarily executed them in a flash of rainbows and strawberry-colored lightning.
Regina has since become something of a vigilante, roaming about doing whatever she pleases. She even found a replacement for Léon in the mysterious tiger, Regent.

[edit] Family
What became of Regina's family after she was taken in by the studio is unknown.
[edit] Friends
- Billy Bob Johns aka Tuxedo Max
- Regina's costar, sidekick, and eternal understudy. She likes to diminish his ego by referring to him by his real name, and is the only person to do so. Although their characters were paired in the television show, they rarely, if ever, get along, constantly trying to one-up each other.
- Regent
- A tiger that acts as her companion and advisor.
- Léon
- A lion that was her companion before the studio took him away from Regina.
- The Eccentrist
- Regina's current employer. He puts her to work as a henchwoman and occasional laboratory assistant, to little success. She sees him as a source of income and paychecks; and in that way, possibly the most important person in her life.
[edit] Foes
Although she doesn't know it, Regina is bound to make an enemy out of everyone she meets...
- Acro
- He and his brother played a villain in Lucky's show, but an accident occurred that injured him and killed his brother. He seeks revenge against Lucky, and "heroes" in general.
[edit] Trivia
- While Regina's original conceptualization wasn't influenced by it, the song "Lucky" by Britney Spears seems to fit her theme perfectly, thus the selection of her supername.
