Moonlight Angel

Moonlight Angel is a... well... how to put it... imaginary friend of the Eccentrist. She is the concept of his ideal partner, existing only in his mind as she has no flesh-and-blood equal (not unlike himself). The Eccentrist spends a good amount of his time designing and daydreaming of this "angel" and how best to make her a reality; to this end, he sets his sights on somehow garnering the aid of Super Makoto, who he commissions to create a painting of Moonlight Angel, exactly to his specifications, in the hopes that Super Makoto's power will make it real.
The Eccentrist's plan succeeds insofar as creating an exact, detailed and faithful rendition of his beloved Moonlight Angel, but Super Makoto's power is unable to create truly living things, and as such it remains merely an image.
