Mia Fey is long since passed away at the beginning of Super Makoto's story. She was a soldier in Marvin Grossberg's special forces unit and was killed by Dahlia in the Borginia Incident. She was Diego Armando's fiance and Phoenix Wright's mentor before her death, and thus the catalyst of the violent feud between HoboCop and Le Comte du Café Cristo.

[edit] Biography
Despite what some might say, Mia Fey's gifts are completely natural traits.
[edit] Personality
Mia is a kind and caring person, trained to act under pressure. She can quickly assess any situation logically and is usually one step ahead of other people. Although she can easily be light-humored, she can just as quickly become stern and obstinate, especially if she believes she has a person's best interests at heart.
[edit] Powers and Abilities
Aside from her spiritual training in Kurain, Mia has taken part in military training and is much stronger than she looks. Although her extended time away from Kurain lessened her spiritual potency somewhat, possessing the red magatama raised her ability to detect the presence of supernatural forces and enhanced her senses and speed.
[edit] Background
Mia was born and raised in Kurain Village. As the first daughter of Misty Fey, leader of the Main Family, Mia was the rightful heir of Kurain's secrets, and was treated with high respect from the village leaders. This made her feel somewhat separated from her age group, so she kept closer to her family and studies. The only person she didn't get along with was her jealous cousin, Dahlia. The two would often conflict with each other, sometimes over the pettiest of issues.
Mia worried about how her mother and aunt fought about the discrepancy of power between their two families, especially when her sister, Maya, was born. Mia ended up taking care of her sister when her mother was called away by duty, and she grew very fond of her little sister, vowing to never fight with her. After their mother's disappearance, Mia was left with the red Magatama, while the other two were given to Maya and their youngest cousin, Pearl. Mia would not formally inherit the title of Master of Kurain until she came of age. However, when she was sixteen, feeling that the division of the Magatama had potential for causing further power struggles amongst her family, Mia left the title of Master to Maya and departed from Kurain to find her own path, taking the red Magatama with her.
Mia befriended the young hero, Icecap, and was inspired by her dedication to justice. Wanting to serve the greater good, Mia eventually joined the military.
After joining Grossberg's team, she met Diego Armando; soon after, he decided on his unofficial role as Mia's mentor. When a rookie by the name of Phoenix Wright joined the team, Mia greeted and treated the man with welcome arms, thinking of him as a younger brother, while Diego immediately became threatened by his presence, particularly the thought that Mia would divert all her attention to the young man.
After narrowly avoiding death in a combat operation, Diego confessed his love for Mia and proposed to her, and she gladly accepted. They enjoyed being engaged for a while, and eventually decided they would resign from service after one final mission: the Borginia Incident.
In Borginia, Dahlia had laid a trap for the former Kurain heir; in the confusion that ensued, she killed Mia in single combat, took the red Magatama, and escaped. When the team returned, Diego was blamed for Mia's death.
