[edit] Biography

Having retired from active field service, Lisa's responsibilities are primarily focused on research and development, in particular providing support to Hobocop.

Lisa's favorite color is blue, and she takes great pain to fill her wardrobe with various shades of it. There is much debate about whether her hair is naturally blue, though no attempts to verify this have been successful.

Originally right-handed, Lisa learned to be ambidextrous when her left arm was replaced with a more useful bionic arm.

[edit] Personality

Lisa is an overall cheerful person who considers herself one with the machinery she surrounds herself with, partially due to her own bionic arm. She tends to take everything in the extreme literal sense and tends to become confused with her own words (she makes offhand comments about Internal 500 and 404 errors during lapses of memory). However there is a human side to Lisa: she finds it very difficult to trust others, especially authority. Being used by the CIA has left her with a very guarded personality, using her outward charm to blockade any notion of personal intimacy.

When she speaks, she tends to explain things in full technical detail, and is completely comfortable with using buzzwords and jargon. This can tend to make her sound more like a computer than a woman.

[edit] Powers and Abilities

Lisa has extensive CIA training as both a field agent and laboratory worker, proficient at information gathering, basic stealth, and firearms. Her greatest asset is her understanding of computers and robotics, almost to the point where she seems to be one of them.

A majority of Lisa's abilities come from the equipment installed in her bionic arm and other integrated cybernetic systems. Her bionic arm alone can access at least fifteen tools and weapons supplied by the CIA. While she has the physique of an average human, her inventions (including lasers and rocket packs) make her a force to be reckoned with. She has long since given up applying for licenses to carry each and every hidden weapon she possesses.

[edit] Background

Not much of Lisa's life is known before she went to Ivy University for a degree in Engineering and Robotics. She was an excelling student and was known to many of her classmates back then as a 'super computer' who would pass every test with a 100% and has reached one of the highest honor levels Ivy U has to offer.

After graduating she went to work for the CIA's crime labs, helping to develop new weaponry to be used. During a day at the lab though a clumsy interning engineer accidentally cut of Lisa's arm while testing a new high-powered weapon to be used in close quarters combat (she recalls them being laser nunchaku). The intern was fired and Lisa was taken to a treating facility.

During Lisa's coma, her missing arm was replaced with a new, bionic one. After Lisa woke up, they told her about the transplant and begged her not to reveal any of this information to the public, knowing that the CIA's image would be blackened by the revelation of their using their own agents in this manner. While Lisa never planned to tell, she decided to use their groveling to her advantage. She agreed to remain silent, and in exchange she would have a separate, private work place of her own where no one could disturb her (or accidentally chop her limbs off).

They agreed to her conditions as long as she continued to work for the CIA. Since then she has modified her cybernetic components with additional upgrades and features of her own design. After this she decided to take her weaponry and use it for the greater good, assuming the codename of Palindrone, a "robotic superhero."

In the aftermath of the Borginia Incident, Lisa officially stepped down as Palindrone to assist her friend and pupil from the past, Phoenix Wright. She personally trained, installed, and calibrated him in the use of his high-tech inventory when he was reborn as HoboCop.

Recently, she has taken on a new subordinate, Glen Elg, under her wing. While he is still learning the ropes of engineering after graduating from Ivy University, she trusts him to become a highly capable engineer in the future (and he is more careful than most interns, so he won't accidentally amputate her limbs)

[edit] Family

No known family.

[edit] Friends

HoboCop
A good friend since the start of her CIA days. She now assists him with weapons technology.
Glen Elg
Her current subordinate, assisting her with managing Hobocop's equipment. He apparently has some form of romantic interest in Lisa but she clearly isn't interested in him, and has rejected his advances approximately 376 times out of 371.

[edit] Foes

Triple D
A retired hero-for-hire Lisa fought with during their hero tenure. While Lisa has nothing personal against the woman (money is hard to come by after all), she was asked to stop the hired mercenary when the CIA found her to be incredibly reckless. Lisa, ever the optimist, believes that in another life they could be good friends. Although even after both retired they still tend to fight whenever they cross paths due to their past.

[edit] Trivia

  • Her superhero name, Palindrone, is a play on her own name, which is a palindrome. "Drone" refers to her robotic nature.
