Lana Skye, formerly known as Icecap of SL-6, has retired from her superhero duties to serve justice in the courtroom. Her past refuses to stay dead, however, as The Fiddler's shadow looms over her still.

Lana Skye is a conservative woman, easily identifiable by her military-style dress and trademark red muffler. She affords herself the singular extravagance of wearing her old commendation medals from her days in SL-6. She is single, completely devoted to her job as a public prosecutor and rarely needing to exercise her powers (except when faced with particularly nasty criminal witnesses).

Lana is intelligent and good-humored, a sincerely warm-hearted person with a natural maternal instinct. She is focused and level-headed in her work, and is very cool when under pressure. She clings to a firm belief in the sanctity of law and justice. Her calm and collected nature can seem unnervingly callous when she gets defensive, especially when it comes to her younger sister, Ema.

Icecap earned her callsign with her magical abilities to create and control ice formations. She works best with readily available bodies of water, though she can use the moisture in her environments to create ice; in desperate situations, she can even dehydrate her body. She often made use of bottled water for convenient ammunition.
Her abilities are mystical in nature, and mysterious in origin. It has not yet been determined whether she inherited magical power from her parents, or was trained by an unknown master.
