Sakai... er, Lady Sakai is renowned for three things: her beauty, her heartiness, and the degree to which the latter outperforms the former. She is a brash and forceful loudmouth, with a very easily stoked ego that takes to praise about as well as it does to insult: not very well, at least for whoever ends up at the receiving end of her violent outbursts. Lady Sakai is very much concerned with her "bad" image, and goes to great lengths to outwit her opponents and rivals, often risking herself and her crew in daring maneuvers or scatterbrained plots. She's still young, with little intelligence or wisdom to speak of, but her relentless thirst for fame and fortune have propelled her into the pantheon of Most Wanted Villains.
When teasing people, especially those who are attracted to or disarmed by her doe-eyed demeanor, she likes to take on an accommodating and timid persona, with some additional flair here and there to add to an attractive moe aura. All this before casually dumping a bowl of cold borscht in their laps.

While lacking any supernatural powers, Lady Sakai has extensive training and experience in the use of firearms, close quarters combat, a variety of martial arts styles, and a literal rogue's gallery of tricks and traps. She fights exceedingly well using her favored weapons: revolver pistols, ninjato short swords, and throwing stars. Lady Sakai also employs a wide variety of tools such as grappling lines, plastic explosives, and tracking devices.
