Normally Glen is very composed and informative, which had earned him a reputation in Ivy U as "the Human Computer." Glen shows himself to be more carefree towards people that make personal contact with him, though he can become irritated or excited very easily, if you push any of his numerous "buttons." He can be very secretive, especially when it comes to his gambling habits. Glen is actually a bit of a pushover, as he is eager to please and likes to see his work go smoothly.

He has the power to be human.
Glen, while lacking any supernatural abilities, has a natural talent for math and engineering that lends to his research and development in robotics, cybernetics, and weaponry. He was given basic training in firearms as CIA agent. He prefers using his beloved high-tech tools and weapons, such as the laser guns created by his supervisor, Lisa, or his favorite pair of HMD glasses.

Glen lived with his uncle, a gambling addict, for fifteen years, and grew up surrounded by the gambling life style. He learned how to play many card games such as blackjack and poker, and assisted in moderating games that his uncle played with his buddies. This continued on for a while until he was taken away from his uncle by social services. His uncle never came to make a case about Glen being taken away.
Glen lived in a foster home with a middle-aged couple until he graduated high school and went to a university out of town, Ivy U, using the grant money he received from foster care and a full 4-year scholarship.
After graduating with a bachelor's degree at 28, he went to work for the CIA as an engineer. He worked unranked in the business for a few years until he was asked by the CIA to become the subordinate of Lisa Basil, one of the top CIA Engineers. To this day he still works for the blue haired "robot" and continues to entertain his dream of going out with Lisa on a real date.

- Lisa Basil
- Lisa is his supervisor, and also a one-sided love interest. She was one of the few people that reached out to him after he became employed by the CIA. So far he has asked her out 371 times... and been rejected 376 times.
- HoboCop
- The man he is assigned to develop equipment for, Glen also assists in his training. He believes the once-great soldier has become too laid back when it comes to handling sensitive equipment, but he puts up with him for Lisa's sake. Glen, however, feels guilt being around the man due to his betrayal and blackmail.

He doesn't understand just yet why they merely wanted Phoenix Wright's DNA but he agreed so that they would keep his secret. It isn't like something terrible was made from it, right?
